QUADSCOPE User Guide
Tuner Function
The QUADSCOPE tuner measures the pitch of the input signal and displays the nearest note in the chromatic scale. QUADSCOPE will display the difference in cents from the nearest note and also the input frequency.
Any combination of the four input channels can be selected for measurement. In split screen mode up to 2 tuners can be displayed in each window. In non-split screen mode, tuners for 1 to 4 channels can be displayed.
You can set the reference pitch to a value other than 440 Hz (concert pitch) by using the right knob. The new reference pitch is displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the screen and applies to the selected window. In split-screen mode it is possible to have a different reference pitch for the input channels of the top window (CH1 & CH2) and the bottom window (CH3 & CH4).
Note: If you change the reference pitch the new value will be not be loaded when the QUADSCOPE is restarted unless you change the 'Save Tuner Ref' setting via Menu > Saved Settings > Config.
