Front Panel & Controls

Menu Button

This will display a menu to allow configuration of channels, various display parameters, configure how settings are saved and allow you to reboot the QUADSCOPE or do a factory reset.

Top Window Selection LED

This will light up if the top window is the currently selected window (split-screen mode only)

Top Window Button

Displays a menu to select the function to be displayed in the top window in split-screen mode or the entire screen if split-screen mode is off

Bottom Window Button

Displays a menu to select the function to be displayed in the bottom window or to turn off split-screen mode.

Bottom Window Selection LED

This will light up if the bottom window is the currently selected window (split-screen mode only)

Channel and Window Selection Button

Changes the currently selected channel and window (split-screen mode only).

Adjust Button

Press this to make extra adjustments. A popup window will be displayed. Turn the left know to select the item to be adjusted. Turn the right knob to adjust the item selected with the left knob. Press adjust again to close the popup window.

Buffered Outputs

A 'copy' of the input signal that is buffered so that the output load (module) cannot affect the input signal of the QUADSCOPE.

Inputs

The outputs of other modules are connected to these inputs with a mono patch cable

Channel Selection LEDs

This indicate which of the four input channels is currently 'selected'. Changes to per-channel settings such a vertical scale and position will be applied to the selected channel.

Activity LED

Blinks while QUADSCOPE is running (not stopped). This can be disabled via Menu -> Display -> Activity LED

Knobs

The right knob is used for changing the horizontal scale when using the oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer functions. It is also used for navigating menus.

The left knob changes the vertical scale (it will change the vertical position if the right knob is pressed) when using the oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer functions.
